After working in the real estate industry for many years with companies like Coldwell Banker, Remax, Better Homes, and Gardens Keilon decided to move back to his home country and start his own firm. Keilon is known as an honest and hardworking person. His clients love the work he does helping them navigate through the real estate industry.

Ramdhanie Seemungal & Co is also on the panel of Attorneys for both FCB and RBC. Our team of Attorneys is headed by Mrs. Hayma Ramdhanie-Seemungal and Mr. Jairam Seemungal both of whom have over 10 years’ experience each as Attorneys. Mrs. Seemungal has a track record of over 98% success at the Civil High Court and Family Court while Mr. Seemungal being a former Government Cabinet Minister has vast experience in making and interpreting laws.

Chad Lucien-Caprieta, grew up with very humble beginnings in the Village of Le Platte. He spent many weekends in the company of his relatives in Paramin by his grandmother. The Caprieta family is a very religious family, so Chad was grown in the Roman Catholic faith spending many Sunday mornings in Church. He attended Sacred Heart Boys RC primary school (formally known as Western Boys RC) and late pasted for his first choice of Trinity College. At College, he completed his studies of the Sciences and Math disciplines and even some technical drawing for CXC. After graduating from college he went on to complete his A’ Levels in Polytechnic Institute where he did Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. He then attended the University of the West Indies and came out with a Double major in Chemistry and Biochem. During his time in UWI he picked up hobbies such as hockey and bartending. He made the latter a part-time source of income for some time both in UWI and after. Since leaving UWI, Chad had held multiple Sales and management positions but has kept his customer service passion.
